   It's too huge a change to integrate in pelmora but if i started a new elixir project i'd put in https://github.com/adobe/elixir-styler right away to get a consistent style in all files.

     @mkljczk the problem is that it rearranges comments in ways that are wrong sometimes, so we'd have to go through nearly all files. Just not worth it.
