     @niavy I'm spending so much of my time feeling angry and hurt and anxious, and it's not like I don't have good reason, but it's making me mean or at least making me have a lot of unkind thoughts.

     Oh 😕. Can't you find a single #positivethiking a day and toot about it?
     I'm following a fediverse user whose life is not so easy but she's tooting a #PouetPositif a day and, knowing who it comes from, it is very heartwarming and comforting to read. I bet it has also good results on the one who toots.
