     I suspect between the trust and firing woes with CISA and the issues around planned firing of more people at the CIA and NSA, the US is going to spend a long time - years at least - having to rebuild their cyber defence and offense infrastructure.

     @GossiTheDog So ummm responsible disclosure in the US is dead then, right? I mean if criminals are now in CISA and would get informed about zerodays months before they're patched why not just disclose them publicly immediately then?
