      @pintoch @waldyrious @ntnsndr In exploring this, I think the polling feature is not robust enough to support reliable, flexible processes.

      I'm basically building a version of modpol.net attached to instance admin powers.

      @pintoch this reminds me of the stuff we talked about regarding distributed and semi-automated permission management in source code repositories :) probot, etc. @ntnsndr are you envisioning some sort of voting or nomination mechanism? Interested to hear more details :)

      @waldyrious in Mastodon, the polling feature could potentially be used for elections or other collective decision making (which forges lack)… also curious to hear more precisely the use cases you have in mind, @ntnsndr :)
