Heads up St. Johns. They are serving a warrant to a fellow in one of the apartments along Lombard toward Pier Park. He isn't coming out. We know how this story usually ends.

Just a guess that a guy named "Brett" or "Brent" over a megaphone is white. No seeing a lot of battle rattle or drawn weapons. Only a dog. That's the other big clue.

Really hoping this doesn't get violent. We are friends with one of the other lawful tenants blessed with melanin and she has a darling baby boy.
