Today seems like an appropriate day to share something that I didn't tell anyone about the carreer change I've enacted since last summer: - besides deciding a "not actively making the world worse" job wasn't good enough, I also very much wanted to report to a woman. The best boss I've ever had was a woman & even though my last boss was fine, he was still such a dude.

- which is why I'm happy that in my new job my boss is an awesome lady & so is her boss. It's just one more thing to love 🥰
