@GhostOnTheHalfShell @mappingsupport Yeah, what people don't realize (and the mass media is failing to acknowledge) is Musk is not "saving money for the citizens", he is "directing more money towards himself and other oligarchs". He is trying to cut anything that benefits "everyone" and keep only stuff that benefits "him/oligarchy"

Government spending should go to things that benefit us instead of pouring $8 million a day into the pockets of Elon Musk so he can wage a war on us.
The sentiment of Elon Musk stealing tax dollars is perfectly fine because it is what he is doing. Is violation of the social contract but we have to get out of the trap that tax dollars finances, the government.
The federal government provisions money, permanent money at cost and trims it as prudent and beneficial

Except the government that issues and spends in its own currency, does not finance the federal government with tax dollars. The federal government furnishes the economy with money through its own spending through the budget. It is only after the money enters the economy that can be taxed.
The purpose of tax is to remove dead, weight money, money that Sits item goes to no good end or even harmful outcome.
