   I dunno, I just think people have very short memories right? Factually speaking we're in a fascist police state, most of the Pig Empire is also in a fascist police state owned entirely by oligarchs, and our in pocket governments (regardless of who is in charge) intend to violently suppress anyone who wants to stop capital from burning billions of ppl to death. We're just arguing about how much we pretend that's not the plan. Are the ACTUAL NAZIS worse? Ofc. But they all mean to end us.

     Folks pretend like when the "center" is in power we're not hardening borders, operating a mass deportation machine, funding and empowering a fascist police state that has made it 100% clear they're not here to protect you but rather rich people from you, curtailing your right to protest or oppose that - all that is happening either way. It's just a question of how fast and how brutal that change is but every capitalist govt on Earth is about killing billions of ppl to keep the capitalist order.
