Please do not wrap fish or any other food with NY Times newsprint. Laboratory studies have revealed that the NY Times' contains high levels of bovine fecal coliform bacteria and presents a severe health risk to consumers.

Similar risks have been discovered with Washington Post newsprint and that of many other major u.s. news publishers.

Please use only food grade sources of wrapping and packaging with human consumable food.
