     @kgw 1/3 of the country. 1/3 voted for the Black woman, and 1/6 said, "Ew. A woman," and stayed home. The other 1/6 have had their votes stolen by Republican states, as the United States allows individual states to make up their own voting laws, so red states gerrymander and suppress Democratic votes to ensure Republican majorities they are nearly always guaranteed in the Senate anyway, due to how the senators are chosen (North Dakota has as many votes as California). It's not trivial to elect a non-Republican here, and they got to stack the Supreme Court, so it's Republicans all the way down, federally.

     @kgw He's an enemy of mankind. So are all Republicans, now negotiating with Zelenskyy's enemies. They have been enemies of mankind for my entire life. There is no excuse for the inaction by Democrats who suck on the same money teat the billionaires hang out for politicians in this despicable system. Sorry for Canada, but they've been killing our heroes for generations and overthrowing democracies for fun and profit. They own the entire federal government. If you send an assassination squad, 2/3 of this country would probably cheer. Yet the Republicans made damn sure we had 400,000,000 unregulated guns in this country, and to date, not one has had a problem with actual goddamned Nazis taking over the government and kissing Putin's ass. Every motherfucker in our government swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Not one of them, or any of the brave patriotic military brass, has done a goddamned thing. We will descend into civil war. The only questions are when will it start, and who fires the first shot.
