   Solved the problem of my external SSD overheating when applying patches to my pirated copy of stalker 2 by forcing it down onto the bottom of an upturned cast iron skillet. ignore the dust that's perfectly normal and healthy

     @dcc the results speak for themselves, the SSD and surrounding dust is chilly. still haven't played stalker 2 though
