   I was overhearing students yesterday on the EPFL campus saying they would no longer be willing to go to the US for internships or further studies.

   Can't blame them given the rhetoric and actions that are coming out of the White House.

   The folks who claim to be defenders of freedom of speech want to imprison you for peacefully protesting.

     They are being realistic. And telling anyone who’s in an academic background to not recommend foreign students to consider the US for education it’s too damn dangerous here. In addition, American universities are facing a demographic cliff, A long-term funding decline, and now a hostile political environment.

     American students wishing to go onto higher education should go abroad. It’ll be better for their health, their safety and the future prospects
