@david From exploration to building a pit to mine minerals it takes 15 years. There is no "handing over". My goodness, the lack of eductation in the Jeremy Corbyn fan crowd is pitifull. Which explains, on the other hand, why this crowd always argues with moral tropes. Because in morals everyone's a pro, even without education.
