     @ArdentArchivist @sjvn It seems to me that even Berlin 1936 was less exclusionary than the current (2025) vision of the Trump admin. Even a German tourist was arrested in San Diego, it is forbidden to speak any language other than English in official bodies, all foreigners are enemies or suspects. Will Los Angeles 2026 be an Olympics without tourists? Only with countries from the Trump/Musk Axis (Russia, Argentina, Italy)? Only white athletes from the USA? I can't imagine what it will be like.
