Russia and China have ordered their intelligence services to become more active in drafting US federal employees who work in the area of national security, CNN reports. According to them, they should especially look for those who have been fired recently or think they might get fired soon.

It is also reported that Russia and China are concentrating their efforts on recently fired employees who had access to classified information and those still on probation who risk being fired.
