Suggest me a Linux distro that...
- Doesn't use APT
- Has repos that are up to date
- Doesn't break unless you really go out of your way (is stable, and you used it for about a year without breaking)
- Doesn't require you to spend 1+ hour doing configurations/building stuff/etc (run and go)
- Is totally free (no license bs)

@enigmatico@mk.absturztau.be Is totally freeThat limits us to the FSF endorsed distrosDoesn't use APTThat means no PureOs or TrisquelHas repos that are up to dateThat means no Dynebolic, Dragora or UtutoDoesn't require you to spend 1+ hour doing configurations/building stuff/etcThat invalidates Guix tooDoesn't break unless you really go out of your wayI guess through the process of elimination all that is left is Hyperbola and Parabola which are both based on Arch? They are not really run and go as the installation is the same as Arch, but it can definitely be done in less than an hour if you know what you're doing and have done Arch installations before.

@enigmatico You won't see this, by the only distro of the kernel Linux that meets those requirements is GNU Linux-libre.
