    The Baltic states are unhappy after being excluded from a UK summit on Ukraine and European security.

    The summit, hosted by Sir Keir Starmer, is scheduled to discuss the war in Ukraine and wider European security with over a dozen European leaders.

    The source mentioned that France is helping to organize the summit and that the leaders of Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Poland are among the invitees.
