Tried a different location for an oil change today. Attendant indicated a customer account is required for service. Got to the point of needing to provide my phone number and email, to which I declined. They informed me that without an email they wouldn't be able to provide an itemized receipt. Assumed that meant an emailed copy, but that also meant they would not provide a printed copy either.
How did we get here?
