   I need help deciding on a smartphone.

   My current one is good enough in terms of performance, but unfortunately the battery isn't getting any better.

   I don't want a pure Chinese phone (Xiaomi, Huawei, ...). I also can't spend 1000 euros on a smartphone. My idea is a used (new?) Pixel 7 or 8 Pro. And a custom ROM, maybe #GrapheneOS, I just don't know the system at all.

   Is there an alternative to my idea?

     Thank you. 😊 I've had my eye on their in-house development before, I find the smartphone more interesting than just the system on another device.
