     @branman65 @JulioReich Ukrainian soldiers bragged about killing Russian soldiers and theres video of it as well as videos of them boiling Russian heads.

     @Terry I'm surprised it took them this long. Laws only apply to civilians and professional militaries, mercs and armed randos were never protected.
