   Discovered that the domain cl.ac.ke was available for registration and got all excited, until I discovered that I need papers to prove that I am a Kenyan university.

     @clacke '.ac' domains are exclusive to educational institutions. You won't get one without evidence that you are an educational institution. There are several others, like '.travel' and I think also '.gov' to name a few.
