     Pale Moon dev will threaten you with legal action if you don't use exactly their build process and dependencies. Ages ago when this first came up there were serious security concerns about some modifications they did to libraries for performance. I have no clue what the current situation is.
     
     Otter Browser (webkit based Opera clone) could be a viable candidate if it received more attention but it's been a very niche project for years https://github.com/OtterBrowser/otter-browser
