     @ThaMunsta This dude was specifically arguing with me that it was the mastodon protocol because it's not a complete system or some bullshit. he knew about half of what needed to be known, he was just being a dumbass for some reason.

     @BeAware I had to mute someone last time I saw them talk about "checking out some websites" instead of engaging in non-linear, user-directed traversal of hyperlinked digital resources via a packet-switched, globally distributed network using a client-server model, wherein a user-agent retrieves, interprets, and renders hypertext markup language documents and augmenting them with asynchronous data requests, scripting languages, and multimedia content... Don't they know how any of this shit works?! 😂
