   I'm no fan of taxes, but if you've ever worked in an office that sends a deluge of email, and how easy it is to miss an important one while trying to sort thorugh all the unimportant things, you'd know what they are upset about. I once lost access to internal tools that I needed to do my job because I was too buys using them to reply to an email asking if I was still using them, took a week to fix. I can only imagine if my paycheck where the same.

     not to mention that many workers reported that their direct supervisor instructed them not to reply. If you get fired for doing what your boss told you to do, you'd do a lot more than "crying about it."
