   Hurrah to strikers, and hurrah to strikes! ✊

   Studio bosses’ circus is over, we will not let them roam free anymore. We will support workers in all of the sector’s companies to reach more of such victories, and bigger ones even.

     With regards to layoffs compensations, the STJV negotiated:

     * that compensation is based on the more favorable rule applied to "cadres"
     * a supplementary bonus of 13 000 € minimum
     * reimbursement of the strike days

     STJV managed to widen the scope of voluntary redundancies, which could end up saving up to 23 jobs.

     All in all, the number of job cuts was reduced from 60 to 49.

     🔴🌪️ STRUGGLE PAYS: AGREEMENT REACHED AT DON’T NOD

     Management wanted to fire them like trash, but workers won in reducing the numbers of layoffs, a 13 000 € compensation in addition to the legal minimum, and strike days being paid.
