     I feel kinda bad today, not sure why.
     I made a long city walk, now I feel bad and tired 😬
     But I think it probably helps later today.

     Also I'm sad that my bestie can't walk. If she feels bad, she can't do mental health walkies. She needs to endure while just lying there in the dark. It's so sad and I'm so proud that she manages that shit on a daily basis.
