   Are there any jobs safe anymore? I fear people of color and minorities are in even greater danger due to discrimination and economic inequality.

     The whole point is to create "a starvation workforce" where you either do / take what pittens the oligarchs offer or starve and die. They don't care. They got theirs.

     The theory stands that the more desperate they are, the less they'll be able to resist.

     Add in controlling the majority of communications and you basically lock everything in...
