   Let's say one has downloaded a metric crap-ton of books & wants to load them on USB sticks to sell (for basically cost) ...

   How do you do so without seeming like you're trying to hand out sketchy computer bombs full of viruses and whatnot?

     Sell them as collections of viruses and malware and then apologise when the recipient complains. And explain that books or at least some of the books on the thumb drive are actually viruses and malware that subvert the dominant OS paradigm e.g. late capitalist culture.
