   Looks like asteroid 2024 YR4 now has a 0.004% chance of hitting Earth. I was planning to write “Anarchy in the Age of Asteroids” about if states can solve global disasters and the possibility of “public capacity” outside the state, raising questions of separating State power from public power and then looking at the climate crisis. I'll have to save that idea for another time.
