     @DoubleD @Mondobizarrro Ths Eastern Catholic churches, in fully communion with Rome, allow this. Yet somehow the Roman church thinks it will collapse if this is allowed. Curious.

     i blame emperor constantines removal of the requirement for cathloic priests needing to be castrated before ordainment as the reason many of them are predators. (that and the fact they are in a position of power that can be easily abused)
