Bill HuntI'm pretty sure that special government employees are still subject to the required drug testing, which was instituted by President Reagan under Executive Order 12564. Public Law 100-71 makes it clear that the Executive Office of the President is subject to these requirements as well. Just in case anyone wants to use that information for anything.
