   @mrpjevans ours is great. Needed some new radiators but got rid of a whole load of extra pipework and the header tank. Maintains good steady temperature throughout the house. I would get a couple of quotes first though - houses vary.

     Masto-minds: Anyone got first hand experience of heat pumps in the UK? Boiler has just died and wondering whether to make the switch.
