Unpopular opinion:

John McAffee almost certainly killed himself. He was a wild, untamed, free spirit who was suddenly about to spend the rest of his life in a cage. Despite his claims that the authorities would kill him and make it look like suicide, everybody has a breaking point. We usually don't know what it would take until it happens, and I'm sure he didn't foresee that prison life would be his.
