   Having to use the youtube website (so their FE) to watch a video for the first time in months and I do find it insane that people put up with this experience on a daily basis

     @bunni @solidsanek yeah I'm also waiting for the newpipe rewrite, but right now pipepipe is way more reactive to YouTube trying to mess up with video playback so I'm staying a bit

     @Miaourt @solidsanek I use a newpipe fork made by a newpipe dev
     So I do get sponsorblock, while using newpipe (with the updates)
     If you're interested, it recently got renamed to Tubular https://github.com/polymorphicshade/Tubular (EDIT: it's mentioned in pipepipe's readme so you probably already know it)

     I don't think I want an independent project like pipepipe uwu even more so because newpipe are starting back from scratch and I expect a lot from it when it releases someday
