@CosmicTraveler
I sprinkle some olive oil and salt over the leeks before putting them in the air fryer
Taste-wise it's similar to elbows with salted butter, but the leeks add a nice sweetness. I'll do butter if I'm feeling lazy, but if I've remembered to pick up the trimmed (pre-cleaned, pre-cut) leeks at Trader Joe's, I much prefer this
@kims Is there a sauce or butter or oil?
@kims recipe?
@Duric
Cook elbows according to directions on the box. [bring water to boil, add salt, add elbows, cook for 8-10 minutes]
Clean and trim six leeks. Cut them lengthwise then chop into 1/2" pieces. Throw the chopped leeks into a mixing bowl, sprinkle some olive oil and salt over the leeks, transfer to air fryer and cook at 375 for ~10 minutes, shaking at the 5 min mark

Alternately, sauté the leeks

Properly cooked leeks are the absolute best
@kims I'll give it a shot. Thanks so much!
