   Oh I read it so long ago I didn't remember. This review is interesting:

   Apparently in the fictional universe apartheid was overthrown and this is supposed to be an anti racist message trying to make it palatable for a white audience. Which is still very flawed but at least makes it less terrible.

     @faassen @ahelwer there’s a Norwegian tv show called Beforeigners which is about refugees who are coming to Norway.. from the pas

     And it teaches modern Norwegians the lesson that all foreigners are actually fine

     Of course they had to show refugees as white, just from the past, for this lesson to be eventually accepted
