     @br00t4c No doubt they have video of what was picked up and by whom. That should easily be enough to prove they let it go to someone other than him.

     For his end of the transaction, that should be plenty to prove his claim. Whatever Best Buy wants to do about the theft is their business but they need to replace the product to do right by the customer.
