   I wasn't a big fan of Shopify after refusing to drop support for breitbart back in the day and every time I see a website backed by it I balk. I always encourage / ask retailers to find other providers, and I'm going to continue to do so.

     @ramiro no I know, and same, but we're making some real changes to our shopping habits

     when they first had the breitbart thing, I thought, wouldn't a browser extension warning people be neat? I still think that but have no spoons for it

     @mattly it's ... it ... hasn't really been possible for me. There's lots of smaller businesses that use shopify because it offers an "out of the box" solution to web services. Smaller businesses that I want to keep supporting, especially when the alternative is frequently Amazon which I've drawn a hard line against.

     I hope you find greater success than me though.

     @mattly @ramiro it's a good goal. Tobe is Canada's Elon.

     But sometimes avoiding Shopify means more Amazon. Is that a win?
