   Looks like the "Muskateers" are on the verge of accessing even more sensitive and personal information of everyday Americans, this time IRS and taxpayer data is likely going to be compromised over the next few days.

   It's very likely a good time to file a tax filing extension (Form 4868) since it's very unsafe to file a tax return right now given the cybersecurity risk.

     I would get in touch with your state Attorney General and do attend Congressional Town Halls as soon as tomorrow (assuming if your member of Congress is having one) and continue contacting your member of Congress and state AG and let them know this crisis in real time and convince them to do something.
