   every time I think I got the hang of dungeon crawling in Moonring, it throws some new permutation of shit at me, like a siren that casts torpor (slows you down like 5x) and a bunch of skeleton mages summoning corpselights (revive killed enemies)

     Oh wait, can I deafen myself? I bet I can, there are potions of blindness and insanity, and those are situationally useful, so why not deafness?
