   @UlrikeHahn @tchambers I emphatically disagree. However, Mastodon is now going in the direction it should be—which is to be an actual alternative to Twitter. Because the truth is, I don’t think the world can afford centralized social media anymore.

     @atomicpoet @UlrikeHahn @tchambers I agree that QTs are an absolutely necessary and are long overdue. The fact that so many third party clients implement their own version of QT should be a screaming indication that its something vitally missing from the core application.
