     @georgetakei I'd only think less of him if he defended the character. He clearly became more empathetic since then. I'm not sure about Ben Stiller, though.

     As an enby myself, I really like him taking responsibility for himself and saying he messed up taking the role and didn't realise how hurtful it would be. That he wouldn't do it now and that there were better people to cast and better representation to be had. I respect a person who can say "I fucked up and if I could do it over again, I wouldn't".
