     The Montana Secretary of State and election officials across the state are trying to kill this bill. Opponents claim that the cost to implement equal access to elections for Native Americans is too high!

     By improving access to voting facilities and services, SB 220 seeks to empower Native American communities in Montana, ensuring that their voices are more effectively heard in the electoral process. Native Americans in Montana should not be priced out of their right to vote.
