I wanna be low rep queen. I don't want to go 500 thousand pushups, I want to do like, 11 to 13 tops, but strict form and triceps (which I'm almost reaching these days). and when I can do that then change to plyos, and when I'm over 10 each set for plyos, clapping, and so on. every time I can consistently do a calisthenic form, take it as a sign to do a harder variation, focusing on explosiveness.
