Can't wait til it's below 0 because I live in a duplex but I want to prove that I can go the entire month of February, deep freeze or thick blizzard, running one space heater I got for $35. My Landlord told me if it's below 0 I should turn on my furnace so the pipes don't freeze in the basement. But there are two separate furnaces in the basement, and my next-door neighbor's furnace is on. I will be checking the temperature of the basement just to be sure, but I doubt it. #NoFurnaceFebruary

@shannonpersists You must have great insulation. Can't say the same about this place. HOA is in charge of insulating the walls, which only happens when siding goes bad and the crew notices there isn't any. I think "isn't any" is the standard for my unit.
