     @mountdiscovery they teased the idea of a fast charging feature last year and then quietly withdrew it. Glad to see they found a way to make it work. Rapid charging was one of the last things missing from this race format.

     @davidnjoku @mountdiscovery I hope you enjoy it. My family really does. It's got good speed and dramatic driving, and the energy management aspect adds extra layers of strategy and even brings in elements similar to bicycle racing. This weekend will be the first time drivers have been able to pit the car for a rapid recharge, which means there could be some chaos. In a race where you might finish with 0.25% left in the battery, getting an extra 10% at the lap of your choosing changes a lot.

     The first FE race that I watched was the Diriyah E-Prix, the start of the Gen 2 Era in 2018

     And it is the Jeddah E Prix where we will get to witness a new tech introduction, the Pit Boost in this Gen 3 Evo car.

     Huh, the country (in)famous for its oil becomes the stage to showcase pioneering electric tech.
