   @Violette@cyberpunk.lol @jake4480@c.im I got a new laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 (5990 I think) running OpenBSD and very happy with it, its super speedy.
   
   On principle I would never buy an Intel, due to their having chip fabs in Israel.

     I can't decide between the AMD Ryzen 7-8845HS (up to 5.1GHz - 8 cores / 16 threads - 16MB cache) and the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H (up to 4.8GHz - 6 P cores / 10 E cores / 22 threads - 24MB Intel® Smart Cache).
     Anyone got any advice or experience to share?
     Note : It will be used with a Linux kernel.
