I’ve started a new practice this week that will hopefully help me sleep better.
Just before going to sleep, I grab my notebook and just write down everything that comes up, not stopping until I feel I’m done.
My mind is often going haywire with ideas just before sleeping and/or during the night and I hope that by writing everything that comes up before I curl up with my book, I can just sleep 😃
Will update on this after I’ve experimented with this for a week or two.
