It makes me sad that Wikipedia is currently one of the major bulwarks against trans erasure, given how badly the community there has handled women in technical fields before, and how said community is currently really fucking up on AI.

The latter has has potential very bad consequences given the eugenicist and fascist positions taken by people like Thiel and Altman.
