   "A purge of experienced career staff has begun at NIH. The staff was just informed that Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak, who has worked at NIH for 25 years is 'retiring.'

   Grant funding remains frozen, in violation of two federal court orders."

     "Fed judge in MA enters Emergency Temp Restraining Order blocking Trump Administration from cutting health research grant money including 15% cap on overhead costs.

     Judge orders Trump Admin to provide status report w/in 24 hrs of this Order & at biweekly intervals thereafter, confirming regular disbursement and obligation of fed financial assistance funds & reporting all steps that [NIH, HHS, et al] have taken to comply
